Our "Deluxe" Home Inspection and a "Basic" Inspection.
Deluxe Home Inspection
This is our most popular inspection.
Includes:
• Deluxe narrative report with summary section and photos
• Comprehensive inspection of the major systems with detailed reporting

Basic Inspection
Includes:
• Checklist report with summary section and photos
• Basic inspection of major systems, focus on:
• Safety Items
• Water Intrusion
• Significant repair items costing $500 or more.
• Price Match Guarantee
Choosing Your Inspector
Inspectors are grouped into two categories, based on the inspector's credentials and work experience. The fee or rate structure for Expert Inspectors is higher than for Certified Inspectors.
Expert Inspector
• CREIA Master Inspector, ICC Credentialed Inspector, or Registered Engineer
• 15 years or more related work experience
• 3000 or more inspections completed
Certified Inspector
• Certified CREIA / ASHI Inspector
• Minimum 5 years related work experience
• 1000 or more inspections completed.
Site Consultation
Site visit and consultation by home inspector per client's scope of work. Fee is based on an hourly rate including drive time.
Commercial Property Inspection
Inspection by in-house commercial building specialist
Structural Evaluation
Structural evaluation by in-house engineer. Evaluation of building's foundation or framing, or site drainage. Includes engineer's report.
Structural Consultation
Site visit by in-house engineer. Consultation regarding structural or drainage concern(s). Fee is based on an hourly rate including drive time.
Expert Services
Construction Defect & Engineering Investigation
Expert witness testimony pertaining to contractor or inspector standard of practice.
Pool/Spa Inspection
In-House inspector. Pool/Spa inspection is typically in conjunction with home inspection.
Kitchen Gas Range CO Testing
Instrument test for excessive CO production from kitchen range appliance.
Electromagnetic Field Testing
Instrument test measuring the electromagnetic field from high power electrical lines.
