InspectRite offers 2 types of inspection reports.

• A detailed narrative report is provided with our Deluxe Home Inspection. The narrative report includes a summary section with photos.

• A checklist style report is provided with our "Basic" inspection. The checklist report includes a summary section with photos.

The inspection report is intended to be easy to read and understand. A summary section of repair items is provided with each report.

Inspection reports are intended to be completed within 24 hours after the inspection and are delivered electronically.
