Bob has years of experience supervising the construction of homes and commercial buildings and has inspected properties in San Diego since 1993. Moreover, Bob has taught hundreds of inspectors as a lecturer for ITA Inspection Training and Kaplan Schools as well as being former President of the CREIA San Diego Chapter. His experience qualifies him as an expert for construction defect and inspection error litigation.

Mark is a San Diego Native who now resides in Temecula with his family. He has a background in production warehouse environments dealing with various aspects of the trades; electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment, etc. It was in this role that Mark was able to develop his attention to detail and systematic approach. Additionally Mark has strong communication and people skills that are unmatched by many in our industry.
