Who-We-AreAs a leader in the field of inspections, we know our industry like the back of our hands. There’s no challenge too big or too small, and we dedicate our utmost energy to every customer, large or small.
Home inspectors are governed by a hierarchy of codes and regulations. The most are general state and federal codes, both criminal and civil, which apply to the general population. Next, California Business and Professions Code, Sections 7195 to 7199 define “home inspector” and itemizes their duties. CREIA’s Standards of Practice add another layer, specifying what is included and excluded in an inspection. Most CREIA inspectors incorporate the CREIA Standards of Practice in their contracts. Finally, CREIA members agree to operate in accordance with the CREIA Code of Ethics.

Joey is co-owner of InspectRite and a native of San Diego with a background in the electrical trade and general construction. He is an experienced home inspector, inspecting properties for more than 15 years. Joey is detail oriented, and with an extensive knowledge of the building code combined with his friendly and energetic manner, Joey distinguishes himself as a proven quality inspector.

With over 2,000 inspections completed, Tim provides clients with the knowledge, experience, and attention to detail needed to make informed real estate decisions. His commitment to the inspection profession extends beyond the field—he served four years as Vice President of the North County San Diego chapter and two years on the board of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA). In these leadership roles, he helped advance inspector education, establish industry best practices, and support CREIA’s successful merger with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). This combination of practical experience and industry leadership gives clients confidence they are working with a highly qualified professional.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, golfing, hunting, and serving in his church. He values faith, family, and community, and brings those same principles of integrity and service to his work with clients.

Greg has over 15 years of experience in the inspection and real estate industry. He was originally trained by Inspection Training Associates (ITA), the nation’s leading training facility at the time, and is extremely knowledgeable of the building codes. Greg approaches each inspection with integrity and high level of attention to detail. He continues to be an active member with the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA). Mark is a San Diego Native who now resides in Temecula with his family. He has a background in production warehouse environments dealing with various aspects of the trades; electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment, etc. It was in this role that Mark was able to develop his attention to detail and systematic approach. Additionally Mark has strong communication and people skills that are unmatched by many in our industry. Though being the newest addition to the InspectRite team, you can expect a thorough and professional inspection from Mark.
